You need to recompile the wrapper program to make sure it uses the correct
GIDs for, in this case, the group that will execute the cgi programs.
Use "./configure --with-cgi-gid=<the cgi gid>" in the source dir where
<the cgi gid> is prolly "500". Usually this is the same GID as the
user/group the webserver runs as.
Check the INSTALL file and the FAQ for more info.
