[Mailman-Users] setting up mailman/sendmail

Hello.
I'm trying to setup mailman with sendmail.
I have both setup and am able to subscribe to the
list.  There after an email is send to the 
person requesting to be on the list.
When the person responds for a comfirmation, the mail
is undelieverable.  this is what sendmail log reports.

mrsh: wrapper not available for sendmail programs
554 5.0.0 "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd testlist"... Service
unavailable


How would i fix this ?  I'm not sure.
