[Mailman-Users] some users moderated?

On our test list we've encountered a strange phenomenon: *some*
subscribers who post from the same domain as the list are having their
posts submitted for approval, but they receive everyone else's mail.
Other local subscribers (and everyone offsite) seem to get through fine
-- the list isn't moderated. Any ideas why this would happen? Mailman
2.0.6 with Sendmail on Linux (Redhat).
