[Mailman-Users] Virtual domains

I've read the rather brief thread "Configuring Virtual Hosts" (July-2001)
but need a bit more to chew on...

My server hosts a handful of virtual domains, but let's focus on two for
the sake of this illustration:

 www.fremontftroop.org
 www.funkymonkeybutt.com

Only www.funkymonkeybutt.com is set-up for Mailman. The aliases are
currently mapped as:

/var/mailman/cgi-bin/		=  /cgi-bin/mailman/
/var/mailman/archives/public	=  /pipermail/

How can Mailman be set-up to independently archive/manage the lists for
these two domains?
