[Mailman-Users] Howto migrate mailman to new server?

Hi,

due to a new employer I have to migrate various mailman lists
to a new machine with different IP/name etc.

Searching for help within the docs wasn't successfull (for me).
Do I have to manually re-install everything or is there a
nice script? I know of "move_list" - does this do the job?
If so, do I first simply copy the related subdirectories
to the new server, then run move_list?

In case this is a FAQ, please redirect me...
