It would be *REALLY* nice if the default value for administrative tasks
related to submissions from the unknown masses was "discard"  -- though
I suppose the ability to set the default to one of approve/defer/reject/discard
would make this idea more appropriate to the majority of users. I find
that the VAST majority of items that show up in the queue are deserving
of the discard option.
