No way.
I have made the following error when create a list:
1) I deleted aliases.db, as you suggest. -> Error!
2) I echo \# >> aliases.db (puaj!) -> Error!
3) I cp /etc/aliases.db mailman/data/aliases.db -> Error!
See now the error of test 3):

Now I understand a problem in MTA/Postfix.py
Perhaps I need to go to mailman-dev list with my problem...
