Huh?  That question is about as relevant and meaningful as asking how to
fill your backyard swimming pool with the moons of Jupiter.  (That's not
a comment on the relative size of Mailman or Zope, just on the
meaninglessness of the question.)

Mailman is a mailing-list manager that happens to have a web interface.
Zope is a content management system widely used for web application
development.  The word "web" occurs in both descriptions.  So what?
