[Mailman-Users] Transfer Mailman from other Hard Disk and Operating System

Problem:
currently my server run under Mandrake 7.2, and i have installed Mailman
with 4 active mailing list.

Now I have in mind to add another HD and running the server with Red Hat
7.1.

How I migrate mailman and the active mailing list without problems for the
user?
