[Mailman-Users] subscribe and unsubscribe addresses

Is it at all possible with mailman and exim to set up subscribe and unsubscribe addresses like used on yahoogroups or other
lists run by ezmlm. for example to subscribe to list test I would send a blank email to test-subscribe at mydomain.com etc.  

I think it would be possible by setting up a director rule in exim or by adding an extra alias and pipeing it through
procmail or something. 

Any suggestions on how I could do this?
