[Mailman-Users] How does an administrator remove addresses from a list?

Any time you need a password, the order is: user, list, admin.  (i.e. the list or
admin password works.)

Also, bin/remove_members doesn't require a password.

bin/remove_members is self-documenting.  Not much about Mailman is
really documented.  Please help.
