What exactly do you need to have set up?  Just Mailman, or do
you also want to have sendmail replaced with a MTA that is
recommended for use with Mailman?

I'd do a straightforward Mailman installation for USD100, or a
straightforward Mailman+Qmail installation for USD200.  If you
want something that is not straightforward, that can be done, too :-)
