sh-2.04$ /usr/sbin/smrsh -c wrapper

sh-2.04$ /usr/sbin/smrsh -c /usr/local/mailman/mail/wrapper
Usage: /etc/smrsh/wrapper program [args...]
sh-2.04$ /usr/sbin/smrsh -c /bin/ls
/usr/sbin/smrsh: ls not available for sendmail programs
I don't think it's a permisssions issue, at least not a simple one.
