[Mailman-Users] duplicate deliveries

I'm have Mailman 1.0rc2 installed and recently noticed that it sends duplicate messages when mailing out to a large list.  Is this a know Mailman bug, and if so, has it been fixed in v2?  Also, is there any way to suppress this behavior in Mailman 1.0rc2?
