I also don't see any extreme headers flowing through my system. I have an extensive list server that is looking fine. 

Which mail program are you using that shows a large header?

What long list? They don't show in the default view of Pine.

The List-headers are RFC-compliant. Footers are not.

We've already had this discussion. Twice, I think.
