In a literal sense you don't and you can't.  The problem is that
Mailman already does all the Right Things to trap and prevent this
sort of silliness, but there is nothing to ensure that the various
auto-responders also play by the rules (and many of them,
particularly under Windows) DON'T play by the rules.
