[Mailman-Users] Downloading a copy of the users emails?

Yeah, but I'm not entirely sure precisely where the file originated. I have it
pinned to my corkboard right over my head, and it says "Mailman Site Administration
Documentation" at the top. Anybody remember where it came from? <heh>
