[Mailman-Users] Newlist creation Interfaces

There's one that comes with Webmin, but it doesn't work on my 
installation.  I don't know if there's a configuration error, or if it's 
for an old version of Mailman, or what.  Anybody know what the status of 
the Webmin module is?
