I'm not aware of any that fit that bill.  Archiving and search
functionality are very distinct functionalities.  For archiving I
generally recommend MHonArc:

For search indexing I like MnoGoSearch:

  http://www.mnogosearch.org/

I use both at Kanga.Nu:
