If you want to change the way that the mailer displays the FROM then you
would have to hack the code a bit, either in Mailman or in your MTA.  The
name comes from the mailer.  Mailman and your MTA (sendmail, postfix, exim,
qmail, etc) merely pass on the name/email address as given.
