[Mailman-Users] pushing through a single digest message ahead of time

Due to some unfortuneate circumstances this past week at my place of
employment, some of the administration wanted to push out a single message
that was sent to a list completely composed of digest members.  To say
there have been a few different problems on my mail server this last week
would be an understatement.  For those reason, I did not want to push out
all of the queued digest messages like the cronjob does.  Is there a way
to push the digest to a single list?  Or even better, just a single
message of that digest to the individual list?
