[Mailman-Users] Missing Installation Instructions?

In this page:  http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/install-start.html  it mentions

"Mailman is configured using the standard GNU autoconf software. You first need to prepare your system as outlined in the sections below, and then configure and install the Mailman software."

Well there isn't any sections.  Can you provide some setup info?
