[Mailman-Users] Import Newsletter E-mails first time - How?

    Well, ~mailman/bin/*_members [1] need a flat text file containing
(only) email addresses.  If you can get MSSQL to export that data for
you (which I'm sure you can), you're set.

    [1]  add_members
         remove_members
         sync_members
