[Mailman-Users] HTdig intergration pb

Maybe someone who has successfully intergrated HTDig and Mailman can help me.

I've been trying to get this to work but problems keep creeping in.
I've followed the INSTALL.htdig-mm (almost to the letter) but I do feel
I am not quite correct in the setting that I have and so I get errors
like this:

htdig: Unable to find configuration file '/usr/local/mailman/archives/private/elections-2002/htdig/elections-2002.conf'
htmerge: Unable to find configuration file '/usr/local/mailman/archives/private/elections-2002/htdig/elections-2002.conf'

Mailman is installed in /usr/local/mailman
HTDig config file is in /usr/local/etc/htdig/htdig.conf

From what I read in the the file elections-2002.conf should be created automatically, yes?

Is someone able to spot a problem with the values below (from mm_cfg.py) with reference
to the values I've given above?

# HTDIG

ARCHIVE_INDEXING_ENABLE = '<!--/htdig_noindex-->'
ARCHIVE_INDEXING_DISABLE = '<!--htdig_noindex-->'
USE_HTDIG = 1

# These below are the defaults, anyway
HTDIG_ARCHIVE_URL = '/mailman/htdig'
HTDIG_SEARCH_URL = '/cgi-bin/htsearch'
HTDIG_FILES_URL = '/htdig/'
HTDIG_CONF_LINK_DIR = os.path.join(VAR_PREFIX, 'archives', 'htdig')
HTDIG_RUNDIG_PATH = '/usr/local/bin/rundig'
HTDIG_MAILMAN_LINK = 'htdig-mailman'
REMOTE_HTDIG = 0

        cheers
