[Mailman-Users] warning email for registered user

Hi everybody,

I am new to the Mailman. Is that possible to send a
warning email to a registered user when he trys to
register again? This will be very helpful to our
central registration form which includes the mailing
list service. Because it's very hard to retrieve the
confirmation page info for every online service,
asking user to check the confirmation email will be a
good work around.
