Yes, it can be done. However, it all depends on your Unix account. I'd suggest using an email filter; try looking for procmail availability in your Unix account or compile one (if you are allowed) from procmail.org. Other filters that you might want to search for: elm filter, mh filter, etc. Or you can roll your own mail filter using scripts.
