[Mailman-Users] Invite new members funtion?

I see in the administration pages a block to "mass add" new members to a list. These are added to
the list immediately without any confirmation from the ones added.

Is there an "Invite" function I'm missing that would allow me to invite a list of emails to the list
but would require those who want to accept the invitation to respond so they don't end up on a list
they don't want?
