[Mailman-Users] ghost in the admin db?

One of our lists (still running on mailman 1.1) is sending a notice every 
morning about a pending post needing approval.

When I go to the pending administrative requests page, the page says 
"Database updated", but I haven't done anything. Checking the page later 
shows no pending requests. But then the email shows up again the next morning.

Is there a way to forcibly clear out (delete some file?) the admin database 
for an existing list?
