[Mailman-Users] (HELP) List not logging posts

I have a server on which I am running two lists. One of the lists
logs all the posts to ../mailman/logs/post
The other list I am running does not log the posts. Am I missing
a configuration parameter somewhere? I created the lists identically.
The only difference are that one of the lists is gatewaying to USENET
and handles only batches.

Any help is appreciated...
