This is  off topic  here, the  only reason  I'm posting  it is  the periodic
queries on blocking spam to lists.
Please ask  questions off-list and ask  me to receive updates  if you aren't
reading exim-users at exim.org

The short version is that I  integrated SpamAssassin inside exim so that you
can reject spam before it ever hits your list (and let through messages that
don't have a high enough score, so that you can moderate them by hand)
