Are you using the SMTPdirect method or the sendmail delivery method?  If you're using
sendmail, stop.  It's a really badly named method.  The method of choice is smtpdirect.
The sendmail method would be more properly called the "run a shell script and invoke sendmail
by hand opening me up to a wide variety of security holes" method...
