[Mailman-Users] personalized To-Header

I've set up a rather small mailinglist (about 50 members) thats merely
a newsletter than a mailinglist, cause only the admin is allowed to
send messages. Users can only subsribe/unsubscribe.

When we send out a newsletter, the To-Header is the mailadress of the
list. It would be nice if the To-Header would be the adress of the
actual recipient, but I dont know if this is possible.
