[Mailman-Users] Detailed documentation on config_list and withlist??

Is there any more detailed documentation on how to use config_list and 
withlist? I'm not a python programmer, so it's not going to come naturally 
to me. I need to change things like the password of the site (if someone 
has lost it), etc.
