[Mailman-Users] announce lists

I would like to set up announcce lists that cannot be posted to by list 
members or anybody else except a certain adress.

In the admin pages there is the option to define an adress for that, but 
then any other posts from list members or else are held for approval.

Is it possible to configure mailman to automatically delete any posts to 
the list which do not come from the one adress configured for posting?

That would really minimize administration of announce-only-lists.
