[Mailman-Users] Ways to prevent mailman loops?

Some odd reasons, mailman went crazy today and sent out the digest 
repeatedly on one of the lists. I'm not whether it is a mail loop or just a 
bug in the system. Is there a way to set a timed delay between digests are 
sent?
