[Mailman-Users] Switch from YahooGroups to Mailman?

Hi! I am thinking about moving one or more YahooGroups lists over to
http://lists.uuyan.org/, which uses Mailman software. Can you tell me
how to do this and what features I would be gaining/losing in the
switch?
