[Mailman-Users] Message discarded

This occurs when attempted to send an HTML email out to members of my
mailing list.

The HTML mail contains this at the top:

Errors: postmaster at isp.com
From: THE SENDER <sender at isp.com>
To: You! <listname at isp.com>
Subject: UPCOMING EVENTS
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="temp.html"
Content-Base: http://www.isp.com

It worked without a hitch before and I cant seem to determine why this
message will no longer go through. I can send the message to my own
address without issues, just not to the list address.
