[Mailman-Users] Modifying From: in postings

When users post to our lists, the From: is just the email address.
Where in the code would I look to change that to
NewsletterDescription <newsletter at email.address.com>  (so it would show
up as NewsletterDescription in most MUAs)?
I've dug around in the code some, but I don't see a clear cut way to do
this, and figured someone might be able to help here.
