[Mailman-Users] receiving email

I have mailman setup.

I also have a user by the same name as the list.  It's currently receiving
all email meant for the list.  Is this even needed?

 

How do I connect the email address to the mailing list?  It seems like the
email isn't even getting to mailman for sending.

the program through the mail wrapper.  How do I do that?
