Not that I know of.  I tried getting in touch with the folks at cPanel about
it and they were completely unresponsive.  I am guessing that they must
patch mailman to accomplish this and therefore they have an obligation to
make their changes available under the GPL.  Unfortunately, I have no idea
of how to get a message through to those folks (well, at this point I'd
prefer to switch 'ol' to 'uc' in folks :).

If anyone happens to know of a good way to get in touch with someone at
cPanel, please let us know.
