[Mailman-Users] Error with "http://my.dom.ain/mailman/create"

I installed mailman 2.1 successfully
I have apache running successfully
I have php installed
I have python installed


After installation I go to /bin directory and run mmsitepass and create a
password. 

However when I go to the myip/mailman/create I get an error message.

Do I need to modify httpd.conf in apache at all?

I think its something simple that im missing any thoughts?
