We have just installed Mailman for use at our university and we love the 
features of this program.  Kudos to all involved in making this available.

We do have a large list of 18,000 addresses, many of which are stale or unused.

We have attempted to use the web form to mass subscribe (invite) the users but 
the form times out unless we use lists of 300 or less.

Is there a way to fix this, say using a command line method.  I note that the 
command line version appears to lack the invitation method.  Is there a way to 
effect this?
