[Mailman-Users] Editing the Public Pages

I need to edit the General Public Page so that you see this:


Archives....

They are password protected.  To find out your password:

<MM form>
[enter email address]
[click and send password to address]
<MM form end>

If you know your password, click here (and MM asks email address
password).

How would I do this???
