[Mailman-Users] Reply from Archives goes to list, not poster.

Hello,
When browsing the archives, if you click on the email address of a post to reply to that post, the email generates to the list address instead of the users address.  The reply to setting is set to reply to poster, not list.  Also, if any email addresses are listed in the post (for example in a signature) the address is obscured (as it should be) and replaced with a link.  This link takes you to the list info page instead of creating an email.
Is this by design, or is there a way to fix this?
