It comes from your IP address; ie,

theall at garlic:~>host www.thedalzells.org
www.thedalzells.org has address 24.85.231.47

theall at garlic:~>host 24.85.231.47
47.231.85.24.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer S0106000c41832a90.vc.shawcable.net.

You should probably add the following:

DEFAULT_URL_HOST = 'www.thedalzells.org';
