[Mailman-Users] Broken configuration, how do I fix?

Hello:  

I'm close, but my configuration is slightly broken.  The url's are
malformed in all of the links, reading: http://http://. . . 

And the mailing address is the server's smtp server, instead of our own
domain name.  

I see where we fed these values to the ./configure script.  Is there a
way to tweak a text file and straighten this out, or must we rm the
entire installation and start over?
