[Mailman-Users] upgrade 2.0.13 to 2.1.4, no mail goes out, no bounces come back

Grrr... 

You know how it says in the INSTALL file:
"By default, the value is the list `mailman other mail daemon'."

That appears to be wrong. In the Makefile, it only said "mailman".
