[Mailman-Users] gate_news not processing all lists

Well - I was able to figure it out.  With out diving into the actual 
gate_news script too much, it seems that whenever it would hit a list 
that didn't have the actual newsgroup created - it would bomb out.  Once 
  I figured that out - it's all working fine now.
