[Mailman-Users] Subscribing problem

	Hi,

	When people email my list to subscribe they get this message

	Your mail to 'List' with the subject

     	subscribe

	Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

	I have checked my setting under privacy and subscription 
rules and the setting is set to confirm and not require approval or 
confirm and approve. Have I missed a setting. How I can I make it so 
users only have to confirm their subscription?

	Any help most welcome. Mailman is running under Mac os 10.3.2
