[Mailman-Users] url/location of messages flagged 'preserve message for site administrator'

A mailing list owner has rejected a message sent to a list, and also
selected 'preserve message for site administrator' - in what location is
this message preserved and/or is their a url one can visit to view these
messages?

We are using Mailman 2.1.2
